To start the calculation the initial conditions have to be defined.
- Check the initial room conditions (temperature, relative humidity, CO2 concentration) for the respective zone and modify them according to your needs.
- Next you can decide whether the distribution of solar gains should be proportional to area or user defined. If you choose user defined you can enter a solar gain value for each component of the zone under Surface in the Thermal subsection.
- Also a factor for solar radiation that goes directly to the inner air can be entered here.
- The accuracy of the calculation can be established. Note, that lower accuracy also means faster calculation and likewise higher accuracy slower calculation.
- Besides it can be decided whether calculation should be aborted or continued with increased air supply from outer air if an negative air balance occurs.
