Calculator: Inner Sources

For the definition of the Inner Climate of the building different values are necessary. To design the inner loads by occupancies easier a database with emission sources are pre-defined in the software.

The input of emissions out of the database is only possible if the menu Occupancy in the tree is highlighted.

This sheet offers the possibility to design the inner loads through different groups of occupancies and different activities in a easy way.

  • "Additional buttons on the right side of the screen": Use this buttons to specify the inner loads from the emission sources database:

    • "New":
A new line will be inserted at the end of the table.

    • "Delete:"
Remove the highlighted layer from the table.

In this dialog you can select a predefined emission source from the emission sources database and transfer it to the inner loads.

The emissions are organized by Sources and by Catalogues (1).
The source indicates the institution which has provided the emission. You may select "All sources" in order to see all emission sources, or you may select only one source if only a subgroup of emission sources is relevant to your investigation.
For each source, the emissions have been organized in catalogues which comprise a specific category of emission sources each. Select "All catalogues" to view all emissions of the selected source.

The emissions contained in the selected sources and catalogues are displayed in the emission sources list (2). You may "Sort" the emissions by name.

A double-click on a emission source in the list or a click on the "Assign" button (3) will transfer the highlighted emission source to the inner loads.

The predefined emission sources in the database are read-only and cannot be edited. However, you can add your own emission sources to the database.
